The Mentorship Initiative aims to cultivate learners’ talent from a young age by getting volunteers to attend to KwaMsinga Primary School to mentor learners using their skills and experience.

KwaMsinga Primary School currently has a writing workshop which was made possible by Leka M Creations, a production company run by Dr Mdletshe who has pledged his time and resources, in order to guide the learners into writing a book about the school with the aim of having same published by the end of the year, with the Grade 7 learners to each have a printed version when they graduate to High School.
