Henry is Annika’s co-founder and Head of Operations. He is also the Administrator and CEO of Integrated Supports for Living in Salem, Oregon, USA. He is a Human Services practitioner, a motivator, and a team builder. He has degrees in Human Services, Business, and management. A member of the International Association of professional dialogue and the USA chapter of professional Dialogue. He brings with him a coaching mindset and a bottom-top supported leadership. He currently leads a team of 230 leaders. Henry himself walked miles to school without shoes. Henry is focused on improving the lives of kids in rural African villages and the implementation science of dialogue in the communities.
